I was very happy with Doug and the whole process. It took longer then usual, but through humor, conversation and the comfort of facility the wait was not unbearable and seemed shorter then it actually was. Have already recommended people go there. Thank you

The sales man that sold me my car did NOT put the top two screws into the front license plate to hold in.....the sales man was unsure of his product (car) that he sold me (he probably new to new car sales)

Great Service
Service department was excellent. Arrived at 8:00 am was greeted as soon as I walked in, took my truck right away for oil change and a recall, told me where customer lounge was had a coffee and out the door by 9:00am. Great job!!

Quick service, nicely updated facility
Left car. Diagnostics performed on a timely basis, problem isolated and corrected, at least temportarily. May be a leak in AC and put dye in same to try identify where leak is. May need addititonal work in future.

Service tech and hospitalty is great
Servcie was said it would be done at 8:00 AM and it was. Being on time today is important since the way you handle servcie to customers returns costomers in the futher.

Shocked
I was very happy/shocked that my truck was fixed with no charge. I understand that my truck is covered under warranty but I was sure there would be some reason/excuse to charge me $500! I was also very pleased the truck got an alignment free of charge as well!

Great Team Effort
Even though we purchased a Buick at a different Dealership, you took my car in as one of your own. We explained the problem and with GM Assistance help in Detroit, plus your very efficient Service Department Team, you solved the problem within a few weeks. Unfortunately, we had to install a complete motor, but the car is running beautifully now. Thanks again for all the managers, technicians and the Service Manager Luke. He helped us immensely all the way through the process in keeping us informed and taking care of the problem. To all, including General Motors, Good Job!
