Service in an Instant

My battery died and they took me right in without an appointment. Unfortunately, the battery I needed wasn't in stock so they were kind enough to drive me to my home so I could get to work.

Great service, clean place !

I got the car I was looking for to have! Khalid (young sales person)and a few others from Crane Chevy crew made it happened and for that my family and I are extremely grateful! The car is great! All the promotional items and related cost misunderstandings were solved and, in the end, the '2014 Impala' became ours! Thanks to all of you again! Rute Girardi

Went for a oil change and ended up getting a tire rotation and had rear window defrost attachment fixed. Service were excellent in asking, assisting, and finishing the in a timely manner. Thank You

I would have liked to have been emailed by Chevy regarding the recall about the side air bags instead of finding out about it a the dealership.

Recent oil change

Dennis the service manager was great made me feel like family.Tom Healy the Sales manager came by to see how I was doing and Doug my salesman came by to see how the car was running and if I had any questions or concerns.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

We have never dealt with a more pleasant, professional AND down to earth salemean as we did with Nick Franchini. He was "Awesome"! He was very patient with us, answered all our questions and provided excellent service. His Business Manager, Joe Mastbeth was great to work with. We couldn't have asked for better service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
