great service and satisfaction

I come in frequently for routine maintenance and oil changes on my 2012 equinox and the team is amazing! Im always greeted with a warm smile, asked questions about how my vehicle is driving and they address all of my concerns. They always do a full inspection before returning my vehicle to me, finding some serious concerns, which has saved me the danger and hassle before I leave the shop on numerous occasions. Jose is always a pleasure to work with. He has been the one who deals with me and my sometimes headaches, but has always helped me with a smile and an an overall drive to satisfy the customer and ensure the vehicle is safe and well maintained. This is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership even when I have so many more that are closer to me. Thank you Crane!! -a loyal customer

GREAT PLACE

PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN NORMAL FROM WHAT I PAY AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FOR OIL CHANGES AND TIRE ROTATION. MY CAR WAS READY WHEN I ASKED JOSE TO HAVE IT READY FOR ME. PLACE LOOKS GREAT AFTER RENOVATION. ALL THE EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH WERE VERY NICE TO ME DURING MY VISIT.

Worst service ever

I contacted the dealership three times about a vehicle they advertised, each time a salesman named Steve was going to get back to me with information. I'm still waiting! I did buy a new vehicle but NOT from Crane Chevy.

This has been my best new car buying experience. Steven, the internet salesperson, listened to me and worked quickly to arrange my deal over the phone. Angel was just fantastic when I came to the dealership, making me feel welcomed, confident, and took advantage of circumstances to find me a better car than I originally intended, without me asking and without extra cost. He even picked me up to get the car, and gave me a full tank of gas. Joe went out of his way to take care of my courtesy plates (which can be challenging). The entire team was so very friendly, genuine and professional.zed? ! Crane Chevrolet has certainly earned our business and referrals from now on.

Stellar Buying Experience

My internet salesperson, Steven, listened to me. He had me set for a vehicle in an 8 minute phone call, with the deal i wanted. He was friendly, courteous and professional at every step. My salesperson, Angel, made me feel welcomed, was very sincere, and went out of his way to make sure i was oriented into the dealership. He made me feel like family. Joe, in finance, treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, and handled my courtesy plate transfer seamlessly, through experience. Wait, I'm not done...then Angel calls me, and surprises me with an upgrade into the next level of the model i wanted, at no extra cost!!!!. This entire sales team went above and beyond to make this...(listen to this, I have been buying new cars since 1971)..THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Period. You are all to be commended. Because of this stellar customer service, My family and I are customers for life.
