Crane was great! I decided to make a last minute appointment to get my sons 2012 Sonic serviced on Friday July 5th. I made the appointment online via Cranes website and received a confirmation shortly after. Everyone at Crane was excellent, they described what would be done to the car and how long it would take.(Jose Reboredo/Crystal Arnott) The newly restored building and waiting room is great. I have had a great experience with Crane from buying my sons first car for college (from Doug Markley) to getting it serviced. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Crane Chevrolet. I arrived at the dealership near closing time and was not rushed. I was very indecisive. I took several cars were for a test drive and Nick was very patient. Staff was professional, polite and very helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my car purchase and service.

After a long drawn out sales process, we arrived to pick up the car only to find out that the car was lacking a critical accessory that we had specifically included in the contract. The salesman did not know his cars' options and gave us the wrong information. The sales manager then came over to us and told us that had he known what a great offer the salesman gave us he would have never approved the deal-- talk about poor customer relations!! On top of this we lost a $1000 GM coupon which expired. We went to Hawthorne Chevy and got a better deal with people who were very nice and treated us well-- from negotiations to service.

From the first moment we met John Cocchiere, he was respectful, knowledgeable and understood both that we were serious buyers but had a budget to work within. He, James the sales manager and Joe Masbeth the financial officer made sure the process went smoothly and the outcome was satisfactory. We purchased a a terrific vehicle. John Cocchiere, in particular was a pleasure to work with and I will recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Highly recommend Crane Chevrolet. No pressure to buy. Went into the dealership, advised I was looking to purchase an used car for my 17-year old son. They understood my concerns because they have children themselves. They recommended a Cruz - enough power and attractive for a teenager. Car in great condition. We purchased it that night. Everyone there, Sales and Finance colleagues work as a team and provide you with the best buying and financing experience. Followed up with phone calls and let us know when the license plates were in which I was surprised because they were in within a week. Check the out. You will not be disappointed.

Over the last 10 years I have purchased 6-7 vehicles and out of them I would say 5 are from Crane Chevy. I have never had better service anywhere and it truly is like a family dealership with no '' car salesman'' like people. Joe treats us like family and always has been right to the point with pricing and may I add THEY ARE VERY FAIR. I have never sat at a desk for 3 hours arguing or $25 a month and that is why I keep coming back to see Joe.

Typical dealer, they tell u one thing and u get another. Salesman was very good, everything else is terrible. Overall I would not go back to this dealer.

My experience at Crane Chevrolet was very relieving from start to finish i felt very comfortable, relaxed and confident. My salesman Doug Markley was very supportive and carefully explained everything to me. From start to finish it was the most satisfying and exciting experience purchasing my first car. I started my search online while sitting home sick with pneumonia. I went on the Chevy site and signed up to be contacted by dealerships. After a massive slew of emails from various dealerships something told me to respond to CJ's email - maybe it was the fact that I specifically said I only wanted to be contacted only via email (every other dealership was calling my cell 3-4xs a day). I responded at 2am the next day w list of questions and concerns detailing out what I'd want not sure if I'd get as detailed of a response back. Well to my delight I got an email back first thing in the AM that was super detailed and friendly. I set up a time to come in on the weekend but was still sick and had to postpone. Ever friendly CJ said no problem and rescheduled to the following weekend. In the meantime I decided to check out Multi Chevrolet about 5min from my office and needless to say I was not impressed w the service I received and stuck w my appt at Crane. I showed up at Crane and was greeted by Jorge and he introduced me to Angel who promptly walked me through all the features in the Equinox and took me out to test drive the car. Angel didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. He really listened to what was important to me and worked with me on my trade-in and lease terms. I didn't plan on getting a car this soon but with this caliber of customer service I knew I was making the right decision. I can be high maintenance and I felt completely taken care of by this amazing team! Thanks guys!
