Contacted dealer by email to inquire about a vehicle listed as available on web site. Was told that vehicle had been sold.

Just picked up my ram today!! So excited to be driving my dream truck and at a price other dealers said I couldn't get. Love the old school charm of this place and the staff is fantastic!!! Couldn't be happier!

I don't normally write reviews as I'm very busy, but I felt the need to give a "shout out" to the staff at Riverhead Dodge. This was the second dealership that I visited to buy a Ram and will now be the first and only! The salesman knew what he was talking about and treated me with respect. I didn't feel pressured or like I was dealing with a slimeball. Even the manager, John, was patient and knowledgeable and I could tell in dealing with him that he really cares about making sure customers are satisfied. Coming here was a win-win for me as I got the Ram 2500 I always wanted and feel like I made new friends! Thanks guys!

Came in to trade in my truck could not be bothered brought them in a Dodge wasn't worth anything in there book tried to get my truck for 13,000 brought it to Ford and got 19000 what is wrong with that picture rude couldn't be bothered never would go to them again

Riverhead dodge was such a pleasant surprise. I came in with low expectations, considering I was in a tough predicament with my current vehicle situation. The staff there from sales to survive was so friendly and made me feel at home! They worked with all of my needs and got me into my adorable new renegade! Couldn't be happier! Hands down would refer all my family and friends there!

Today I picked up the truck of my dreams! At least it was for me. A 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I normally don't go out of my way to leave good reviews, but I felt compelled to say thank you to the folks at this store. Our salesperson Ward was fantastic. And to boot they had exactly what I was looking for, and at quite the deal too! I did shop at neighboring dealers but chose this place because they actually had the exact truck I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, friendly professional people, and most importantly the extremely aggressive pricing that i received. I still can't even believe it. I called this dealership last friday to ask about a new Dodge Charger that I had always wanted to buy but my newly ex-wife would never let me. I spoke with John who told me he had just what I was looking for and to come on down. I made an appointment for Saturday, was able to test drive it and they spent time with me going over options. They told me how much it would cost and were fair and reasonable and I decided to finance it. What an easy process! I was never pressured but treated with such excellent customer service. They helped me contact my insurance company that same day, handled the financing and I drove off in my new Dodge Charger that same day! Ditch the wife, go to Riverhead Dodge, meet their great team and get the car you've always wanted! I look forward to servicing my car there too!

I went there to trade in my truck because I was looking to get a dodge and they basically wanted me to give them my 2014 truck with 50,*** miles. Told me it was worth $12,000 trade in. Better off going to Chevy or Ford. Got a great deal for a Silverado, they gave me $20,000 for my truck and I walked out with a new truck.

Our experience with Riverhead Dodge was amazing, no pressure ,no hassle and nothing but true professionals from start to finish. My wife and I were torn on leasing or buying. The sales staff took their time explaining in detail our best options based on our driving and past ownership history. We decided leasing was a good option for us (we like changing cars )and the staff explained what to expect from the start to the finish of our lease in detail. My experience with Riverhead Dodge was nothing but exceptional from day one. I purchased my vehicle through the Internet department where I believe I got the best service in the industry. I dealt with more than six Dodge dealerships and I believe this Internet service listen to my needs and deliver it exactly what they said they said what they meant and they did what they said. Which for me is very important. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the salesman which immediately I felt very comfortable and confident that I was receiving a deal of a lifetime in the most honest way possible. Shortly after I met the owner which I hit it off right away with him because you can see he loves what he does and his employees follow his lead. Eventually I met the business manager and he went over my options and listen to my needs and delivered more than what he promised. The day I went to pick up my car. I met the service manager and the mechanic that was put in a hitch on my car which was very professional in every way. The same day I met several other people of the staff, which was very polite and professional and made you feel like you were part of their family. Since I've been in business since 1980. I have observed many businesses. The one thing that stands out more than anything is there follow up after you purchase the vehicle. What I experience was the most professional ethics way of doing business. This is why I would have no problem referring my friends and family to anyone that was looking for a vehicle.
