Bonnie Rumph was very nice and informative about our options leasing a new 2017 challenger. She worked with us on payment plan to where it was comfortable. I will definitely go to her for future dodge vehicles.

All staff, including the owner, were personable and treated me with respect. I didn't feel pressure and wanted to do business with them based on their demeanor. They gave me a very fair trade-in value on my truck and I left with my new vehicle feeling good about my purchase.... No hidden charges.

I hesitated to drive into this dealership, but they did have what appeared to be a large selection of pick up trucks. I called first, and made an appointment. I ended up working with John Cerruto, and couldn't ask for a nicer and more cooperative gentlemen. Although I had never met him before, he treated my wife, daughter and me like gold. He went out of his way constantly to make our experience a good one, and find us the truck I wanted at an affordable price. The entire dealership was a pleasure to work with, and I feel like I have a new "family" at Riverhead Dodge. I love my new truck, and will be using these folks in the future! THANKS! BTW, with a couple of minor issues to deal with, John made sure that EVERYTHING was taken care of on my schedule!

My experience was not only my first experience buying a car but was a wonderful experience at Riverhead Dodge. The employees were very considerable of my preferences to the kind of car I wanted. They took there time and effort with me which I appreciated very much. They were very kind and generous people to do business with . I would recommend them to my friends and family and would deffently go back if I was looking for another car.

I just called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson who was so obnoxious I hung up on him..I called to ask about the advertized special on there website for the Ram Express and he says which one we have a lot of them. I tell him the one for 169 a month with 1999,00 down, He says yeah and all together you will put down 5700.00 and then says "What did you think you were getting a 47000 dollar truck for 169.00 " I have been pricing around all day and will not be visiting that place...
