I currently live in Queens and attempted to buy local. I called my local dealers and managed to work up deals that's worked within my budget. The problem came when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. The pricing changed, the payment changed, what a waste of my time! This happened multiple times. I finally decided to reach out a little further and called Riverhead Dodge. A nice young lady worked up a lease for me and the pricing was actually better than others I received. It sounded to good to be true but I decided to take a trip anyway. After previous experiences, I prepare myself for disappointment. Fast forward... Upon arrival, I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee cleaned to perfection and ready to go. I was greeted by my sales person (Bonnie) with a smile, management was very welcoming as well. Bonnie went over my Jeep top to bottom, and explained every option. It was after that, I spoke to the finanacial person (Joe) who explained everything regarding my loan in great detail. At that point, I braced myself for disappointment but, to my elation,dissapointment never came! Nothing changed! The price agreed over the phone was the price I received . They even found an extra rebate for me, so the price was even better! Upon completion, the owner came out to thank me for my business! I've never been more impressed in my life. I am so glad I decided to keep faith and take the trip out to Riverhead! I highly recommend this dealership! This is a lovely place with an old world feel that I found was family owned and operated and it shows! Once again, thank you for a great deal and keeping your promises! I love my truck!

I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be happier! To keep them honest, I priced this Jeep at a few differant dealers and as always they not only offered the best pricing but offered the best no nonsense pricing. Promises made and promises kept! My 4th car from this place and still my number one choice in dealers! Best service as well. A big thank you to the staff here!

I went to a few dealerships the day I bought my jeep. This place had the friendliest staff and so I'm happy I bought There! Got a great deal and had an excellent experience!

Salesman failed to clearly define lease terms and I feel, misrepresented full cost of lease. Omitted to point out that cost of overage of mileage would be .50 per mile and not the .25 advertised on national program. Played a shell game of rebates and discounts. Was told base cost was one price then swapped terms and represented they were equivalent when questioned. I made the mistake of not reading small print, I trusted them. Disgusting

Salesman hid full terms of lease, misrepresented negotiated price of car in the calculation of lease payments and costly cost per mileage for mileage charge

We went here in 2002 and walked out after no one even acknowledged us for 20 minutes, we now wanted a Durango or Jeep so we drove in looked and all of a sudden Josh appears and asks if he can help us. Everyone inside the showroom was nice (Bonnie). Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Jeep
