I purchased a new Dodge Ram to replace my older model that was totaled in an accident. I had purchased my previous truck at this dealership and was very happy with the experience. Not so much this time, The salesman was very nice, and I was happy with the price that was negotiated, but then, the problems began. The truck was bought on 5/2 and on 5/12 it didn't start. My wife and myself both need to be at work early, so we shuffled our schedules, but I still had to take time off of work. I called the dealership and was instructed to call the service department which instructed me to contact their roadside assistance team, which I did. In order to get it brought back to the dealership, which was recommended, I was responsible for $130!!! My wife called that night regarding a refund and was told, "that's not our policy. Tow to the nearest dealer." We live in Port Jeff and would have done that obviously, but were told differently. 5/13 battery was charged, dealership blamed it on me leaving something on/open---xx. Drove it home and 3 hours later, check engine light and brake light came on. Called and had to bring in again, told reimbursed for tow "would be looked in to" and notified when part ready and here we are 10 days after last contact. Beyond dissatisfied.

Wanted to trade in my Lincoln for a beach baby and came across Steve Amato, who was so chill and easygoing. He found me a beautiful Jeep Cherokee L Sumit . At first, I wasn't crazy about the interior color (peanutbutter), but when he and Mike Pellegrino put their heads together, they came up with a fantastic deal that I just couldn't refuse.. with a great trade-in value for my car. And Joe/John in finance, who got me a fantastic warranty on it, I left a happy customer !! I would return ! The dealership is beautiful, the refreshment area and restrooms were immaculate. Thanks guys

Bought a 2016 Yukon from them told them to make sure I had an extended warranty for the stuff I know these trucks have problems with, lifters,trannys, etc. they sold me warranty had a no start issue 2 months later towed it to them. They said it was a battery (435.00) to replace. Fine. While there I asked them to do a tranny service since I knew the original owner and knew it wasn’t done. Took almost a full week to get it done no call for a quote after Matt in service assured he would let me know how much it was. They call tell me my truck is done. The bill was 1400.00 plus. Dollars. 1000dollars for a tranny service I would have told them forget it if I knew that. Plus the also couldn’t fix the broken sunroof it came with. They were very rude about the car being there since it was a gmc even thought the finance guy said take it for every thing. I took to eagle Chevrolet and will never be back at that dodge dealer HORRIBLE SERVICE. .

If there was a zero star rating that's what I would score them. Serives is horrible, I called and scheduled service for Friday, March 21 2025 8:00 am. The reason I wanted it looked at was my steering is very stiff when turning. I believe it's the lower intermediate shaft on my steering column to the electronic power steering unit. Possibly the EPS it's self. I have a warranty so I decided to bring it in. Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram had my truck all day and never even looked at it. I was then told if I like I could pick it up and drop it off on Monday and they would look at it then. I do not recommend using Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram for any service. The funny part is I've been thinking about trading in my ram and getting something newer because I just hit 100,000 Miles. In addition, my wife's car needed to be replaced because it's at 96,000 miles. After my experience today I would never do business with Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram.

Service department manager and receptionist at the new location are the worst. Brought my truck in the night before my scheduled appointment waited 2 days to hear back about a suspension diagnoses and was told we still haven’t gotten around to it and that they have vehicles ahead of mine that were walk-ins. What’s the point of an appointment if my vehicle is just going to sit. Currently picking up my vehicle and never going back!

The service department is the WORST! Do ANYTHING to avoid Riverhead Dodge. We purchased out trucks from them and they will do anything to not cover warranty issues. GO to Browns in Patchogue! I will be!
