Service Department - Called on a Monday and scheduled an appointment with service for 9:00 am on Thursday. When I arrived, I went through the issues again with the service person. I was then informed that they would "look" at my car by 5:00 pm on Friday! And, there would be a $230 diagnostics charge. Why would someone have you come in at 9:00 am on Thursday and not look at you car until later the next day? This is poor management.

Jack Cucchiara is a top notch salesman. He sold my father and I two separate vehicles and we each had a phenomenal experience. The pricing was more than fair and every detail was laid out in front of me. The used car manager, Steve, and the finance team were honest and very helpful as well. Sal Cucchiara and Rob Kraemer, the sales managers, helped us save plenty of time and money as well. You will love your experience at Russ Milne Ford!

Worst experience i was sitting at the sales persons desk going over the deal. The sales manager came to the desk and took the keys to the car i was purchasing and said sime other people came in and wanted to drive it. He said I had 1st dibs. I thought that is why I was at the desk going over my over my paperwork. He said are you buying it ir not. I have never been so insulted in my life.

After several really poor experiences with the service department and swore I would never go to them again. Well, I was stuck in a position that required I use their service department for a simple key programming. I made an appointment and arrived exactly on time. I was told it would take two hours. After four hours of not hearing fro them I called only to be informed that it had yet to go into the shop. I don't think they have the first inclination of customer service and the process of making a appointment. The service manager must know that this dealer's service department gets terrible ratings, yet he seemingly does nothing to improve it. This will be the last time I ever use their service department.

Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.
