2020 Chrysler Pacifica

NEW I purchased a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. I had it shipped to a car carrier service. When the vehicle arrived it was completely disgusting it looked like they drove through mud. Inside and out the car was completely filthy motor compartment everywhere. They even left the for sale stickers on the windshield. Every time I purchase a vehicle you always get it super clean especially inside. Not in this case. I inspected the car immediately and noticed that the keyless entry system did not work in the automatic opener of the rear sliders did not work. Called immediately and send them a video. I was told it was impossible for those things not to be working that the car was completely tested every button was pressed and everything was working. I scheduled a service at the local Chrysler dealer. And was told that someone in the dealership disconnected some modules for the rear door in the keyless entry system. Out-of-pocket $150 no reimbursement. Took the car to my mechanic to have a checked out. Two rear tires fault and had to be replaced. Also needed a front in alignment car was pulling to the right very very much. Also vehicle needed a oil change. Looks like they didn’t even change the oil. AUTO pocket $900. no reimbursement. they basically told me that anything wrong wrong with the car I was going to have to pay for it because there was enough money in it for them. At the end of the day and I ended up spending $1150 out of pocket. But living out of state I pretty much had no choice because they knew I would not drive the car back for them to fix it. The only nice person in the dealership was the title girl the Amanda. was a great help with all of the paperwork. I do not usually post anything negative about any businesses but I felt like I had to. There was no call back how everything was nothing. So buyer beware especially if you’re buying out of state.

Wonderful Experience

Baron was amazing .. I came to Nissan of Boardman just looking at vehicles .. and I came home with one .. I would definitely recommend Nissan Boardman... and Baron as a top salesman ... I LOVE MY NISSAN

Do not go to Boardman Nissan

I purchased a used vehicle on June 30 and sent a text on July 1 with concerns about the brakes. They blew it off as dust or me pushing the brakes too hard. Trusted the salesperson, so didn’t think much of it. A month or so later, had to get the brake pads fixed. Then a month or so after that had to get the caliper and brake pads fixed again. I have messages that they said it’s a rare circumstance that they take the blame for. I have the messages from my initial concerns. The GM, Eric Briguglio, hung up on me today and basically said it’s my problem. I called right back and they said he wasn’t in. I’ve asked to speak with the CEO, COO, or owner and they won’t allow me to or relay the message. I still owe $14,000 on this car. They also asked me to drive the car to Boardman from Pa (40 min drive) with a broken caliper so they can diagnose the problem (already know what the problem is) just to not fix it and have to drive back to PA. They said they would “waive the diagnosis fee” but those are waived if you get service done at dealerships (which is what they would expect.) Eric also told me he would give me a “fair price” for service. So are the prices not usually fair? All I want is for this continuous issue that I’ve paid close to $2000 for in LESS THAN 7 months to be fixed. They refuse to do so! DO NOT GO TO BOARDMAN NISSAN!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Hi Kelsey! All clients have the ability to view all the work that we have completed on any pre-owned vehicle we offer for sale. In addition, we provide a copy of the most recent Carfax, which any client can match up with the work that is completed at our dealership. Also, we offer every client the opportunity to purchase extended coverage on any pre-owned vehicle that is sold. Vehicles today and over 10,000 parts and do, at times, have issues. That is why we offer extended coverage to provide our clients peace of mind. Finally, if a vehicle is sold by us to a client, the best course of action if they have an issue is to bring it back to us so that we can work together to find the best solution. In order to figure out any issues with a vehicle our techs need to inspect and review the vehicle. We encourage customers to bring the vehicle in rather than communicate via text message. Unfortunately, a physical inspection of the vehicle is the only way to come to a solution. We apologize for the less-than-ideal experience, but thank you for shopping at Boardman Nissan!
