Maserati of Bergen County

I purchased a car from Maserati of Bergen County on July 8th, 2025, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. As of today, my permanent plates still have not been provided. My second temporary plate expired back on September 20th, leaving me unable to legally drive the car I am paying for every month. When I bought the vehicle, I immediately had to spend over $2,500 on new tires and repairs to all four rims — issues that their so-called “great service department” should have caught before selling the car. The dealership claims they carefully inspect cars, but my experience proves otherwise. Every time I contact them, I get excuses or no updates at all. Their representative even stated the dealership is “not at fault,” but the fact remains: a title should be cleared before selling a car. I’ve since learned that I am far from the only customer dealing with this problem — their reviews are filled with stories just like mine. This dealership has shown a total lack of accountability and professionalism. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here: look at the many negative reviews before you risk ending up in the same situation.
