Bad experience.

Bad experience. I purchased a beautiful Rolls Royce at this dealership and worked with Tim Buckley. This dealership fills its showroom with used high-end luxury cars, bought at auction. Unfortunately, these people should not be allowed anywhere near cars of this caliber. The entire experience was unpleasant and regrettable, with lack of communication, delays getting the license plate and overcharges for vehicle prep with no documentation. The $3,900 fee for phony dealer prep was bad enough, but the $10,000 charge for some lame warranty, discovered at the last minute in the sales agreement prompts me to warn all potential victims to carefully read the fine print before signing anything. After several weeks of 'looking into it' the dealership was either unwilling or unable to provide any information about what maintenance service this car received during its time on the lot. Tim Buckley insisted that the dealership upgrades the vehicle with 'a fine tooth comb' with fluid changes, maintenance, brakes, etc., and there is no evidence that anything, other than two tires and a windshield (which they screwed up terribly) was done to prepare this Rolls Royce for sale. This place is an 'auction, wash & wax, as-is used car dealership' so be careful. Even polite and patient customers are ignored after the sale, for simple inquiries about receiving a plate after the temporary plate expires, or any carfax updates about oil changes and maintenance. Regrettable. The sales staff should be ashamed.

In the past I’ve usually had not so good experiences

In the past I’ve usually had not so good experiences while trying to get a vehicle. On the day my vehicle was totaled Peter was able to get me the car that i wanted and was very professional with handling everything. Thanks again!

Giving them 5 stars because they made me feel more than

Giving them 5 stars because they made me feel more than just a customer. My sales guy, treated me like a person, not just a sale. He really listened to what I wanted, and we ended up with a great car that fits my budget.I'll be spreading the word about this place, and my mom's going back to get a new car in a few weeks!

Beware.

Beware. This 'dealership' is the most chaotic, dysfunctional and phony enterprise any customer can encounter. The stench of a bad purchasing experience lingers long after the purchase of a high end used car that these people pass through their books. They buy 'shiny trinkets' to lure folks onto the lot, specifically, used high-end exotic cars at auction. They have no idea how to service them, and in spite of that, they add on a $4000 fee for fluid changes and other crap that simply is NOT done. Be alert when signing documents because they try to sneak in service contracts in the fine print. I can understand how management refuses to respond to customer concerns, but I find it appalling how the sales staff can tolerate the lack of ethics, trust and manners that are used to sell fine cars that they should not be allowed anywhere near.

We had an awesome experience here! Damion went above and beyond to help us, was super easy to work with, and answered all our questions. He really took the stress out of car buying and financing. We’ll definitely be going here for any future car purchases!

Buying a used car in today's market is not an easy feat.

Buying a used car in today's market is not an easy feat. I found the car I wanted at their website, so I set up a test drive. The staff was amazing from the get-go, they made the whole process super easy and hassle-free. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Extremely disappointing and misleading!

Extremely disappointing and misleading! They advertised a car online for $22,000, called and went to see it on Saturday. We could not agree on terms so we left. We received a call on Monday with an offer very close to what we requested, $8.00 difference, so we agreed and made arrangements to pick up the car later that evening. Once at the dealer, sales rep confirmed the numbers we had agreed upon earlier that morning. However, once we met with the finance department, the monthly charge was not the same. We asked about the price and numbers, only to find out that " Prep work was done on the car, such as oil change that increased the sale price to $24,000". Work that we were never told prior to sale, work that we did not request. The finance gentleman went to the manager who came explained that "Dealers are required to meet an 120 check point list before selling the car and after doing so, the price of the car increased by $2,000." We were never told of such, and is very unprofessional to keep such information from the buyer until the time of signing finances! Manager explained he could to honor advertised price and therefore the sale was canceled. The car has been sitting in the lot since June, you figure such a high end dealer would honor their ads instead of using such as bait. Personally, they should have honored the price, it was not that big of a difference, instead of wasting our time...
