Quality Service

Very happy with the service I have received from Coppus Motors on my last two visits. They were extremely friendly and courteous and explained everything clearly to me. And even though I have never purchased a vehicle from them, they still provided me with a temporary loaner to complete my business in Tiffin.

Annual Maintenance is a pleasure

It is always a pleasure to go in for the "annual check-up". I look forward to the time in the lounge; always quiet, with light refreshments, and pleasant co-customers. The staff is always congenial with pleasant personalities and a joke they will throw your way. They make me feel like I belong there . Not that I'm looking for a job or anything. I have plenty going on in my life already. It is just nice to go to a business and not have to worry of being taken advantage of cost-wise or the competency of the personnel.

Always the best!

They pick it up, do all repairs, wash it and return it the same day. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Too many times while purchasing and servicing our vehicles we only register complaints and forget to take the time to thank the sales and service staff when they go beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is just right. We have bought many new cars but we must especially thank Rod for the best car buying experience we have ever had. We especially appreciate his patience in explaining the details of the car, obtaining the exact car we wanted, getting it prepped and delivering it to us. We appreciate the Saturday afternoon you spent going over the details in buying the car and the time you spent going over the operational details when we picked it up. You were certainly correct, the C 300 performs exactly as you explained and is a pleasure to drive. Another factor we took into consideration in buying at Coppus Motors was Frank and his service staff for taking excellent care of the other two cars we have serviced there.
