Ron was really great to work with. We came in looking for a used vehicle. Due to our current life situation, we came in with some tight parameters for a vehicle, even knowing there was also a possibility that he wouldn't be able to help us. He did a great job working with us and the dealership to get us into something that was close to our parameters. Throughout our time there, we also chatted with a few other employees, and all were very nice. The honesty & transparency the dealership offered was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend Ron Archer and McMullen Ford.

The overall transaction was ok. Had an initial issue with the evaluation of a possible trade and initially left a poor review based on the first impression. Although I was able to come to a sale, I felt that the sales management and ownership team were not friendly towards me during my purchase process--not even a "thanks for buying your vehicle from us"--Something I observed happening with other customers during my time in the showroom, Not being acknowledged for a purchase from management at a car dealership is a first for me. Reception, sales, parts / shop and paperwork personnel were friendly, professional and very capable / competent in their interactions with me.
