If one star is an “FFF” they earned it. I took my car in for a simple seatbelt recall and it took them two weeks to get it fixed. Then they told me my lift gate lock did not work and they wanted $500. To fix it. I said there was no problem with the lift gate when I dropped it off. The service manager said that’s not their problem and I said they caused it she then began screaming at me. Brewster ford is a bunch of scammers. They get you in for a recall and brake something else to get money from you. Scam, scam, scam. Do yourself a great favor and stay away from Brewster Ford

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose
I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.

Bought a Ford Maverick which became inoperable on day 5
Bought a Ford Maverick which became inoperable on day 5 of ownership. Car sat at the dealer for 72 days before it was repaired and only after we filed a lemon law arbitration against Ford. Won the arbitration and yet the dealer has still failed to process all the necessary paperwork to get our sales tax and extended warranties refunded despite numerous assurances it would be taken care over the past 5 months. SHAMEFUL!!!!

In this situation, our team provided the necessary information regarding the refund process, including that the warranty refund was issued directly to Wells Fargo and that the sales tax portion is handled solely by Ford, not the dealership. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially after dealing with a manufacturer-related repair, and we regret that this created additional stress. Excellent! Just picked up a car from Brewster Ford. I absolutely love the car! Both Brian from finance and Mike Rose from sales were both wonderful. Mike was very helpful with pretty much everything. He worked with me and got everything I wanted. I will defiantly be going back to Mike when I need another car.

From straightforward, honest pricing, to answering all my questions promptly at any time of the day, keeping me updated, and accommodating all my add-on requests, I can't recommend Michael and this dealership enough. He's honest, friendly, and attentive - a real gentleman. I should also mention Brian in financing who got me a fantastic loan deal, Bonnie who processed the registration paperwork and delivered my car in Mass, and finally Robert (supervisor/manager) who was also extremely friendly and helpful and started the whole process on a great footing. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could do all my maintenance, repair, etc. work with them.
