Cannot recommend Brewster Ford to enough people.

Cannot recommend Brewster Ford to enough people. The experience was outstanding, largely due to our sales rep Michael Rose. Friendly, funny, and accommodating, he made the entire experience stress free. There was never any pressure and he got my wife an incredible car for an outstanding price. So happy with our decision to go with Brewster Ford.

Highly recommend Brewster Ford and Michael Rose our salesman. We recently purchased a new Outer Banks Bronco and our experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in Michael was patient and best of all not pushy. The day we picked up our new car finance department was friendly and knowledgeable. Brewster Ford Rocks!!

Recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Brewster Ford and we couldn't be happier. Michael Rose went above and beyond our expectations. We looked at and test drove multiple models over the course of several days and he always made time for us and answered all of our questions until we found the perfect model. It was important for me not only to find a car we liked but also a dealership that we could trust and depend on not only for this sale but for service as well. No other dealership or salesman came close to the experience we received at Brewster Ford with Michael.

If one star is an “FFF” they earned it.

If one star is an “FFF” they earned it. I took my car in for a simple seatbelt recall and it took them two weeks to get it fixed. Then they told me my lift gate lock did not work and they wanted $500. To fix it. I said there was no problem with the lift gate when I dropped it off. The service manager said that’s not their problem and I said they caused it she then began screaming at me. Brewster ford is a bunch of scammers. They get you in for a recall and brake something else to get money from you. Scam, scam, scam. Do yourself a great favor and stay away from Brewster Ford

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose

I had a really great experience working with Michael Rose when I bought my 2021 Mach-E. He was super communicative, answered all my calls, replied fast to texts, and even got back to me on his days off. At first I honestly just came in to test drive a Mach-E and wasn’t planning on buying anything, but Michael was very honest and trustworthy and ended up helping me find a Mach-E that fit exactly what I needed and stayed within my budget. He never pressured me at all. The paperwork process was really smooth and easy. What I liked most was how Michael treated me like a friend during the whole process. He’s really funny, easy to talk to, and it never felt awkward or salesy. He even came in on his day off just to get the deal done a day earlier than scheduled because of snow, which I really appreciated. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to see how everything was going. When my tire pressure was a little off because of the cold, he helped get it taken care of super fast and was very flexible. This isn’t one of those dealerships where you never hear from the salesperson again. It was a pleasure doing business here and I honestly don’t see myself using another salesman in New York. I recommend Michael to everyone.
