We are so happy with the service we have received at Halleen Kia. This is our 2nd time back and this time we met Natalyya and we were in great hands with her. She even made sure our 4 year old was entertained/content while we went through the purchase process (which isn't easy to do!) She made the entire process as easy as possible too and was so easy to talk to. Thank you!

Positive experience except for griffin, who during phone conversation told me your dealership would tow my trade-in then denied saying so later. If not for the graciousness of Elizabeth I would have taken my business elsewhere. I consider myself an honorable person and cannot abide liars.

My salesman Josh Valentine was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He showed me step by step the financial process so that I could understand everything clearly. I would recommend him to anyone.

My first experience was with Joe Marullo in service to price maintenance work. I was very impressed with his honesty, reasonable prices and customer service. Previous car purchase experiences have been exhausting, lengthy, adversarial, and quite unpleasant. I always brought others for help and support. My experience at Haleen Kia was just the opposite! I was treated like a beloved family member. I arrived without an appointment. I was promptly greeted by Natalyya Renaudin. She is my all time favorite sales consultant!!! She was very courteous and professional. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. There was no pressure to make decisions or to purchase immediately. She wanted to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. Management were very friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I will continue to recommend this dealership to family and friends!!!

I had a great experience dropping of car and picking up. I was offered ride too and from work however made other arrangements. I have used before. My car was ready when promised.
