I was very disappointed in Montrose Westside in Cleveland, OH. I traveled to Montrose, after numerous communications, and signed documents to purchase. I had trusted the sales agent (Amanda) when told over the phone that the truck had a clean title and no accidents. No disclosure of the accidents on the truck had been given to me when I picked up the vehicle, nor had I been given the “delivery/summary report” that was listed on the Retail Buyers Order, when signing for a deposit, setup by Bret Normando. Not one, but two accidents had registered on the vehicle. I found out about those by detailed service records from previous owner, hand written in blank pages of manual. I now have the VSC administrator saying that the AC unit looks to have failed before my purchase. It also appears that your original mileage was inflated somehow. Originally per contract, was 66,978. I drove the truck from Cleveland to Buffalo. Yet the claim was denied in part for having only 123 miles driven. 200 miles plus from Cleveland to Buffalo; and not driving because I had no plates, registration, title( still due), nor inspection in NY. Did not drive for three weeks. Got plates and registration. Brought to my mechanic for inspection. Found the AC seized. Had no need to use on my trip back. Warranty service by Easycare was anything but. Three days in the shop, five measures of communication, calls not returned in timely fashion useless time spent by mechanic and myself for taking extra pics. I subsequently have an approximately 2 hrs of calls, whereby I am told that the corrosion on compressor flywheel was pitted and had rust; indicating a previous condition; well longer in time frame from purchase date. I will press further, as I have evidence of your lack of disclosure through Easy care. Thankfully I had had a supervisor who understood my plight. Don Anderson from Easy care. Before I sign off, I want to mention the people at Montrose Westside that should have done right by their customer: Brent Normando: Finance-Did not pass disclosures, with plenty of opportunities; though never passing on to Easy care extended warranty legitimate information I drove 200 plus miles y too get yo Buffalo from Cleveland. And the warranty administrator denies for two fraudulent reasons. My saleswoman Amanda, also failed to disclose. Jessica, the manager, also failed to disclose. Alex, the sales manager did not return at least five calls. I am still waiting for a copy of the title for gods sake, after more than six weeks I would implore any potential buyers to consider that Montrose Westside does not employ honest people in administration, nor competent technicians. I have an AC Unit that hasn’t been used. The warranty service was denied, after full cooperation to provide information, loss of use for three days, sending additional pics, Claiming a stone caused the seizure of the compressor. A work truck that I have lost so much use time. A full week,in order to find the claim denied, no less…. If I could give a zero, I would .

Stay away Not an honest, reputable dealership; multiple employees without integrity
Had the pleasure to work with Lindsay. She provided great service and was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Her professional approach in dealing with customers made me feel comfortable whe negotiating a discount. I will recommend her to my friends and family. She is number one. John D

Never have I ever dealt with such scamming sales people and managers. Lying, delaying is all they do. The biggest fail is that we agreed upon a 72 month purchase and when I got the bill from the finance company it was for 75 months. We never discussed this. When I called and asked to speak with the general manager and got a meeting, it seemed as though he was annoyed that a sales person would have done something so egregious. When I asked to view the original documents, there were no signing of the 75 months. And coincidentally, after I reviewed my documents, that document was conveniently omitted. After follow up, follow up, and follow up I heard that I was supposed to be speaking with the COO. We did not receive a call and the general manager started ghosting us. Are we just supposed to swallow three extra three payments???? This is theft and I plan on going to the Cuyahoga Small Claims Court to file a claim and reporting them to the BBB. This is completely unacceptable.

Jeremy Gray sold me my Discovery sport. He was professional, courteous, accommodating and the cherry on top was his transparency and humor. I've only had my car for hours but, I was treated very well. I don't usually give ratings but when I do, the highest I rate is four stars because, I feel if I give five, I'll get disappointed.

Very helpful and low pressure. We got a great deal and everyone was nice and walked us through. We are a cash buyer and everyone treated us great.

Andrew, it's fantastic to hear that Matt has earned your loyalty with his exceptional service at Jaguar Westside. We appreciate your continued trust and look forward to assisting you again in the future!
Poor interaction with senior citizens, took $500 from me to hold a vehicle and then when I couldn’t take ownership because of family death out of state and couldn’t come up with remanding $$ . Finance manager Randy told me I couldn’t get a refund, after the sale person, Mikey said I could
