Satisfied

My salesman Dave Bruckenthal made sure I got the best vehicle for my family at the best possible deal. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Dave took the time and went through various different options for me, even though I hadn't committed to anything. I would definitely recommend my friends and family go see Dave for future vehicle purchases!

Great Dealership

This is a great dealership to buy a car from. Nice spaces throughout, sales floor, waiting area, service, etc. The staff are professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. As always, do your homework when buying a new car and then let the professionalism of the staff take it from there. Just purchased my second truck there with a great GM incentive deal.

Ingersoll

Service team is always excellent. Willie is always honest and I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the work done on my vehicle to me, he doesn't just brush me off like other people have in the past. I specifically look forward to coming back and working with Willie because I know if I have any questions they will get answered. Sunday service hours are also very convinent!

Buick Envision 2016

Pape was great! He made sure to find out our needs in a car and what our budget was to make the right recommendation, he also showed us more than one option and wasn't pushy the way 'car salesmen' are known to be. Ultimately we looked at other dealers and cars, but returned to Ingersoll not just because we liked the car we saw there better but also because of Pape.

Happy with my service at Infersoll

Recall part was replaced and brakes checked as asked and all was down within the time allowed . I was able to move on with the rest of my day because it was done quicker then expected.

Everyone was very helpful with anything from finding the right vehicle we were looking for up to the amount we were able to swing for monthly payments. Service department also fixed the problem that occurred after we purchased vehicle with no problem. Great dealership!!!
