Dave took the time and went through various different options for me, even though I hadn't committed to anything. Great Dealership
This is a great dealership to buy a car from. Nice spaces throughout, sales floor, waiting area, service, etc. The staff are professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. As always, do your homework when buying a new car and then let the professionalism of the staff take it from there. Just purchased my second truck there with a great GM incentive deal.

Service team is always excellent. Willie is always honest and I appreciate that he takes the time to explain the work done on my vehicle to me, he doesn't just brush me off like other people have in the past. I specifically look forward to coming back and working with Willie because I know if I have any questions they will get answered. Sunday service hours are also very convinent!

Pape was great! He made sure to find out our needs in a car and what our budget was to make the right recommendation, he also showed us more than one option and wasn't pushy the way 'car salesmen' are known to be. Ultimately we looked at other dealers and cars, but returned to Ingersoll not just because we liked the car we saw there better but also because of Pape.

Happy with my service at Infersoll
Recall part was replaced and brakes checked as asked and all was down within the time allowed . I was able to move on with the rest of my day because it was done quicker then expected.
