We keep going back ...

We just got our 3rd vehicle from Ingersoll. Just like potatoe chips - you can't have just one! Husband's company car and my 2 leased vehicles and probably my son's future vehicle when he can drive. Great dealership, courteous, helpful, accommodating no pressure sales staff - comfortable showroom - excellent follow-up car care - wide selection of vehicles to choose from. We will continue to send friends and family to Ingersoll.

The best of the best Auto Dealers!

I have purchased several cars over the past 6 years from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. The customer experience is the best and I will never entertain doing business with any other auto dealer. Joy for the entire family

We do not regret we made this hour long trip. It was the most pleasant, comfortable and rewarding car purchase experience in our life. Moreover, it was a joyful experience for the entire family including kids. We felt very much like at home. All our request and wishes were addressed and fulfilled to the possible extent. Chevy Corvette

Don and your team in service are incredible to work with and made the entire experience positive and uncomplicated. This was the second time I have used your dealership. Monte was great to deal with as well as Jerry in finance. Always bring the car back to you for oil changes and service. Ingersoll is tops in my book!!!

Great dealership!

EXCELLENT!!!

I live in Kingston, NY and I drive an hour and 45 minutes for service at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury. That right there tells you how great the Service Dept. is From calling to make an appt. or speaking with the Parts Dept. I am greeted warmly and given clear and concise information. The moment I arrive and drive into the service area there is an attendant right there to get me started. The Service Advisor's I have dealt with are so very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what I should expect. They give me an approximate time and make it clear what is going to be done. Then they walk me to the Waiting area which is more like a cafe. There is always fresh coffee with real ceramic coffee mugs or bottled water! Most days there are complimentary donuts or cookies. And there is also a vending machine if you prefer a snack. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Saturday you might even get free pizza!!! And to top it off...you get a free car wash!!! I am loyal to Ingersoll Auto of Danbuy because their employees are loyal to me!
