Great service. Friendly atmosphere.

Couldn't have been treated any better. My salesman Dave made leasing my Buick Encore simple and stress free.Dave went out of his way to accommodate picking up car. Wasn't feeling well. Told me when it was convenient for me to pick up. Was rushed. Told me when I did pick up car if I had other question or anything about car just come back anytime.

Great Customer Service and Customer Loyalty

Ingersoll is the greatest car dealership that I have ever had any experience with in my lifetime. I have purchased and leased many GM vehicles going back from 1986. The customer service with their sales department as well as their service department is outstanding. I purchased my first vehicle from Ingersoll back in early 2013 which was a Buick Enclave. Living in Shelton CT at the time I could have chosen a local Buick dealer in which I chose not too. I was completely impressed with the sales and management team that was demonstrated upon me as well as their service department. I would recommend Ingersoll to anyone.

Very Pleased

I was very pleased from the very beginning to final resolution of problem with vehicle Every step along the way was professional. Follow up was beyond expectations. I would return to purchase a vehicle when that time arises. I had first approached another GMC dealership in Stamford and that experience was entirely unsatisfactory. Following that disappointment I then looked at customer reviews for dealers in my area and elected to try Ingersoll even though it was a further distance to travel.

An uplifting experience

I an a single older women and this is the 4th vehicle I have purchased independently. It is a sressful expereince . Being determined not to be taken advantage of I entered the showroom. I was met immediatly by a salemen , and I thought "Here it comes, the big push to sell" But instead I was asked if he could assist me. And then he called another salesperson to speak with me. I had full intention to go to other dealerships and compare everything, but I found no need to. I was treated to a pleasent experience. There was no pressure to make decisions and my concerns and needs where met. The financial part of the transaction and the signing of papers was dealt with with ease and as much time as needed was afforded me to make sure I understood everything. At the age I am technical things are a challenge, but the salemen spent all the time I needed to understand the interior of my new truck, even offering to have me return to the showroom if I ever need help, which I may have to do. Overall the showroom was clean and efficient and very friendly.

Great facility-courteous and professional service.

Service Rep was excellent. Service was performed is more than satisfactory time. However, one problem arose. my tires were rotated and air pressure monitors were re-set. shortly afterwards i had a message on dashboard that i need to service tire. left rar tire monitor is not operational. i haven't called service yet but i really hate to have to re-visit for service. i am confident that it will be resolved in fine order.

Repeat customer, will keep returning.

Our TrailBlazer died, had to be towed in on a Monday, I called to give a heads up it was on the way. Truck was ready shortly after lunch on Weds. We have both of our Chevy's serviced by Ingersoll and will continue to do so.

Great experience

Alex and all the other people we dealt with could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Big difference from other dealerships I've been to.

Great operation

Great service tech! Give that guy a bonus. He went out of his way for me. The day ended with " there's nothing wrong with your car"! How many times do you hear THAT at a dealership! Seems the Emission station had it wrong. All for a fair price. Thanks, Roy Bertalovitz
