Great experience with Ingersoll Auto Danbury

I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time, with exceptional customer service during my time there. I am happy they were able to work with me and get me out of the car I was in and into one I dreamed of within a price I could afford!

comfortable waiting room

My oil change was scheduled at the end of my work day. The waiting room was a comfortable, relaxing place to wait after a long school day and the time passed pretty quickly.

Extremely friendly, professional & respectful.

The way I was treated at Ingersoll is what made me decide to buy a car there. Everyone was very friendly, polite, happy & helpful. Made the entire experience a treat. I was treated like I had a million bucks rather I had it or not.

Great experience!

My car was thoroughly tested and the problem (clogged fuel filter) was determined. Car now running smoothly. Everyone was friendly and professional.

great sales people, great service

This is our 2nd dealings with Ingersoll Auto. We will go back again and again. Alex our sales person bent over backwards to give us what we wanted and also the right price to fit our budget. The minute you walk in the door they take care of you without hounding you.

Great experience

Hi, I hope all is well. I worked with Willie over there, and also had some contact with Nate. Both were extremely helpful, and gave me updates along the way on what was going on with my vehicle. I was concerned about my 4WD and they found it to be a smaller issue than I had expected. I appreciate the honest work, respectful communication and pleasant experience.
