Needed new key fob.

Needed new key fob. Had me in an out in an hour. All working as expected without issues!

Went in for an oil change, took 2 and half hours.

Went in for an oil change, took 2 and half hours. This also included an inspection. Failed to notify me that my tire had low psi and that one of my windshield wipers was defective. No sticker for reminder of next oil change service needed, and no car wash. Usually I am satisfied but it feels like my car was forgotten about and then rushed. They even green lit all of my brakes and tires despite them being in the yellow last oil change. Very disappointed.
