My experience at Autonation Westlake was amazing, I worked with John Conrad and Dave Rusnak. They were both so helpful and acccomodating. Won't be going anywhere else again!

Our sales person Dave was really great to work with.

Our sales person Dave was really great to work with. Also, the general manager came and spoke to us personally, and really made us feel like we were important to his dealership and that our purchase made made a difference to them. They really went above and beyond to make us feel like we were, just fighting giving them our business.

Excellent experience

My new car was totaled and I wanted the same car again. Will Ahonen was very helpful in helping me get the exact car I wanted. He was compassionate about what I had gone through and explained the process of payoff and financing another car right away. Anthony Conrad in financing was extremely helpful and informed me that I would get my money back for an extra warranty I had purchased since my other car was new when it was totaled. I thought that money was lost so I am very thankful that he shared that information with me. Extremely good service from both of these gentlemen. Thank you so much Will and Anthony. I highly recommend Auto Nation.

Purchasing my leased vehicle

I had leased a 2020 Ford Edge and decided to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. My salesperson, Janet, knew that I was planning to do this and she set up an appointment time with me. When I went into the dealership she got everything started and saw it through to completion making the whole process smooth and rather quick.

Truly was an excellent experience.

Truly was an excellent experience. Everyone at the dealership treated us well and in the loop from finance to delivery. This was our fourth purchase from AutoNation Westlake, the former John Lance Ford and I can't recommend them enough! Love my 2024 Bronco Sport Big Bend in Atlas Blue!
