I had a problem with my vehicle and they were able to

I had a problem with my vehicle and they were able to correct the situation in a timely manner. The customer service during that time was exceptional from Dean the GM and Adam my sales consultant.

If you plan to purchase a vehicle from Autonation

If you plan to purchase a vehicle from Autonation Westlake, OH, just know that they are NOT operating in the 21st century! Unbelievable with the process on trying to secure and purchase a vehicle from their inventory, even after I had told the sales person multiple times that I want to secure it all I kept getting was the run around. Then 2 days later I find out it was sold to another buyer without any correspondence with myself about this until I finally called to speak to another salesperson, did I get that information. I have purchased over 60 vehicles over the years and never had such a terrible experience as this, period!

Customer service after the sale is horrible and non

Customer service after the sale is horrible and non existent. Salesperson does not respond to emails. Bodyshop is no better. Promised me a loaner while vehicle was being worked on. I ended up sitting in waiting room because no loaner available. I should have refused picking up vehicle at time of sale until "to do" list was completed. I trusted that they would complete after the sale. I was wrong. I had to exert too much energy to get items taken care of with no support from sales person. Very disappointed and I will be sure to inform Ford of that.
