Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. After an oil change and tire rotation. Never adjusted air pressures in tires, so TPMS warning light came on. Never reset oil life indicator on dash for computer. So then I checked oil filter and it had oil running down the sides, hand tightened 2” it turned. With the requested software update for my trailer lights, they never even checked. I’ve had to schedule an appointment at another dealership. And it’s been 5 days and not even a call to apologize or anything. Sad the lack of quality Autonation Westlake service is.

Good place to get a vehicle

Vlad was very nice to work with while helping my 18 year old purchase his first car. He explained everything so we could understand. My son got a good deal, all while starting to build his credit.
