Ashley was very nice but… In general communicating or contacting and coordinating with the service department is very difficult. For some reason they were not able to call my phone. Email was only way really worked and was very slow. Also disappointed that it took a long time to get the part that was ordered and then when I showed up the claim was revoked I do like this dealer ship but somewhat difficult
