Walked in for an oil change, not knowing I had to/should
Walked in for an oil change, not knowing I had to/should have made an appointment on a saturday early afternoon. At first I was told they would have it finished around 3. But 5 minutes later, Ashley was able to get it in and ready in about 45 minutes! Thanks Ashley (and the tech who squeezed me in)

Great friendly staff and comfortable waiting area in the
Great friendly staff and comfortable waiting area in the service department. Estimations on wait time could be reevaluated per job as I was told an hour to an hour and a half and I waited 2-1/2 hours for the vehicle to be completed for an oil change, their inspection, tire rotation and a check for recall on a wiper blade piece. All of this with an appointment for the service. They also ended up cracking one of the plastic hubcaps during the tire rotation but were very upfront with me and since it was not in stock they had placed one on order already for me to come back in and get the replacement put on in a few days (free of charge of course since they broke it). I would recommend them for sure but plan to wait a bit longer than estimated or do the shuttle home and picked back up when the vehicle is ready.
