Vehicle was left for repairs.

Vehicle was left for repairs. Got the vehicle back in the evening just to realize in the light of day... the next day, it was entirely covered in paint dust on the inside. How are you able to deliver a vehicle that way.

I had a valve stem leak in my right front tire due to the

I had a valve stem leak in my right front tire due to the extreme cold weather. The Customer service team @ Central Cadillac was able to get me back on the road in a very expeditious timeframe. I'm very thankful & grateful that I'm a Central Cadillac Customer they're overall customer service is truly amazing. I would like to say thank you to the entire Central Cadillac Customer service team for being OUTSTANDING they really make me proud to be a customer.

From start to finish the process was awesome.

From start to finish the process was awesome. Jesse, Chris and Steve went out of there way to help. This is the first time I have not purchased a car from the same dealer in my life. We drove over an hour to check put this car. Steve stayed hour and half past close to walk my wife through all of the features. The car was priced favorably and they were more than fair with my trade. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Worked with Mike Wonder, Lisa Burton and staff regarding an ongoing front end noise, that at times would not replicate; ultimately they ?figured it out (front strut and mount)? and fixed the issue. They were professional and actually took the time to do what was right. Great service and recommend?

Central Cadillac continues to be our preferred dealership. The Sales and Service Departments are outstanding. Everything is made extremely smooth, all questions answered and the professionalism and personal attention is beyond compare. My special thanks to Angelo Ezzo, our salesman and David our Service Representative. My Dad and I had the usual smooth process with the purchase of a new 2026 Cadillac.
