Steve in the Service Department was excellent. Diagnosed the car and had it repaired in two days. Steve informed us it was covered under the power train warranty. I have had my cars regular maintenance and services done at Webb Ford for the past 10 years.

I bought a Lincoln Corsair from this dealership in December. When I was test driving the car, I wasn't allowed to put the car on the highway. They said it was because they were about to close - that should have been red flag one but I decided to test drive the car at 45 mph around the dealership.I am usually really good with buying vehicles but I think my want to have this specific car clouded all of my judgement, even though I asked to have my mechanic check it before buying. In my mind, I was going to get a great warranty in the off-chance anything was wrong it would be taken care of because I had an amazing warranty with my previous Lincoln (WRONG.. they sold me the cheapest warranty that covers NOTHING electrical with this vehicle. I think as a dealership if you want someone to be a repeat customer, sell them a product that can help them, not something that just lines your pockets as that seems very underhanded and predatory). The process of buying the vehicle was smooth but I was thrown off with the off handed compliment that my credit score was really high. Drove vehicle off the lot and OIL LIGHT comes on.. I scroll the dashboard and the oil indicator says it has 0% oil. Call Monday morning and they say that the truck probably just needs to calibrate and I told them a computer doesn't need to recalibrate if it says it doesnt have ANY OIL and I need the oil changed immediately as that could create an engine lock situation. Got on the highway, car starts SHAKING at 63mph. Dealership changes the oil pretty quickly that Monday and tells me upon inspection, they didn't notice any shaking and said they drove it over 63mph. They do not mention that the car has a block heater element recall, luckily I read my paperwork because it was at the bottom. Get back on the highway still shaking over 63mph. A block heater element recall had the car in the dealership the next week. Within that week, my driver side door mirror is doing this exorcist shake when the car is unlocked. Lincoln dealership tells me that the shaking is because the front rim is bent and the driver side mirror is a motor issue (of course they don't disclose either of those issues upon purchase) and the BEST PART... the driver side mirror isn't covered under the obscure warranty they sold me. and that it'll be over 1k to fix. Fast forward another week and my parking brake starts faulting, coming on and off even though I do not use the parking brake. At this point I know it probably isn't covered because this dealership is worry about their pockets versus having a good buying experience for their customer so I decided to wait until I had to go back to the dealership to have it checked. Get oil changed and the service manager tells me that the parking brake fault should be fixed relatively quickly so that the car doesn't get stuck somewhere since the piston was in full extension. Also mentions my rear brakes need to be changed immediately as there is no meat on the pads (I haven't even drive the car 5k miles at this point which means I was sold a truck with brakes that would need to be changed immediately and thankful LINCOLN found the issue). Took the vehicle back to Lincoln to have the parking brake diagnosed and it is electrical wires (NOT COVERED under the weird warranty they sold me) and they ended up performing the fix for just my diagnostic. Did I mention that the bank sent me a notice that I was OVERCHARGED for my finance rate, even though I had EXCELLENT credit and had to adjust my payments and total OTD price back to purchase price? TL/DR: Bought car from them. 0% oil at purchase, terrible warranty for a vehicle with ELECTRICAL components, exorcist shaking mirror, factory recall on truck, bent rim, parking brake failure, rear brakes at 0% meat and overcharged interest rate.. did I mention the $3,600 TERRIBLE WARRANTY that covers NOTHING?!?!

I recently purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience with Jeff Cote. From the moment I arrived, Jeff was friendly and welcoming. He showed me the vehicle I came to see, and when it wasn’t quite right, he quickly brought out two more options. Even after I passed on the first two, he remained patient and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. The third vehicle was the perfect match. Jeff’s no pressure approach and genuine professionalism, full process enjoyable. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend Jeff
