Came for a complimentary 1st oil change for my new car purchased from this Dealer. Had them check a tire due to low air alert in driver information screen.... Tire taken off by tech and lugs only hand tightened and loose by the time the tire was changed the next day. Repair estimates on high side for pricing, as well as Motorcraft part pricing. This dealer needs to take pride in their repair work.

Today I had the best car buying experience of ALL TIME!!!!. First I've been searching around for quite a while now. Website after website, phone call after... phone call. Just out of true desperation, I looked on Craigslist there was an ad that really caught my attention. The ad's title was bad credit specialist, don't judge yeah I fit that category. I gave the phone number a call. I told the person over the phone what I was working with, and that I had no way to get to the dealership. The gentleman offered to come pick me up. This awesome car sellers name is Robert F. White Jr. Made me really comfortable with the whole process. I walked away with a 2015 Ford Fusion. Awesome car, great place to get a car.
