Yark Subaru

Jennifer did a great job showing us Subaru for the first time. I was dreading car shopping and she made the process simple and enjoyable. I would recommend her and Yark Subara.

Easy to schedule and quick service. Friendly staff thst is efficient. Waiting room okay but desk area was very dirty. Nice everyone had masks on.

I was disappointed when I had to schedule an appointment for a week later to have a map update installed, because I couldn't make it work and when I went back they couldn't do it either. I had to go back again & it's an hour & a half drive each way. They figured out how to do it on a like model car before they scheduled me to come back, but I had 9 hours of driving, plus about 14 hours while they worked on it.

Everyone was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I feel I can call at any time for anything and get an answer quickly.

Great experience getting a new car. No last minute changes or extra fees. Called on Friday morning, Jon had me in the car on Saturday.

The service department got my car in for service promptly. Analyzed the problem, performed the repair, and charged a reasonable price. Very pleased with the service department.

I've always left the dealership happy. They don't play that over promise game, instead they're upfront with whatever the sales or service issue might be. They're not a charity, but they make every effort to make sure you leave happy.

Yark Subaru has serviced my Forrester since new, now 5 years. Always quick in/out or done when promised with no surprises. I would recommend to anyone interested in a Subaru.

Very polite. Followed safety protocols, COVID related. Clean and comfortable waiting room. First time there having my new Forester serviced and I hope to keep using Yark for all of my service needs.
