After our first experience which was a disaster because...

After our first experience which was a disaster because of the fact we waiting so long only to find out our car had been ready for quite some time, this time things were much better. Our only complaint was that the information on our internet was that no appointment was necessary so we made the trip from Perrysburg on Friday, only to find out that we couldn't get the car serviced. However, our visit Monday went much better and we are hoping the next visit will also be great. Hopefully, by then, the Covid 19 thing will be a "done deal" and we can relax more about going places. Thanks!

Great experience. Everyone was extremely professional....

Great experience. Everyone was extremely professional. They took care of a warning light I hadn’t even mentioned and I really appreciated the complimentary car wash.

My sales guy, Kody, was awesome. I had a to get my old car to the Yark body shop and he was willing to run it over on Monday. That was a huge help. the finance guy Brett was great too. This is my second Yark Subaru and probably will not be my last!

Have been doing business with Yark Subaru for 4 years. My wife and I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership. Yark has done all the maintenance on both vehicles. Alex Penn sold us both vehicles. Great Guy! Service department has always treated us fairly and done great work. Yark is our dealer for any future needs

It was easy to shop on line and when I got to the sales...

It was easy to shop on line and when I got to the sales lot the car I had been looking at was sitting there waiting on me. I only drove one car (the one I had been looking at) and decided to purchase it. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. With in an hour I was driving away in my new car. I am still as excited about it today as I was then. Every time I get into it and it does that little musical chime I know that I am driving a safe and versatile vehicle. Yeah me and thank you Yark For a car I can depend on.

While the sales process was okay, there were problems...

While the sales process was okay, there were problems with the delivery. I spent almost $30,000 and the car didn’t have a full tank of gas. There was minimal effort at cleaning the interior. I’ll have to clean it again. The windows are not clean so I’ll have to clean them as well. The sales person didn’t know details about the car, such as no owners manual was available because it is digital. While they can’t know everything about every car, some basics would’ve been helpful.

I am very happy with my experience of buying a Subaru from Yark Automotive. My salesman, Jon Stambaugh, quickly found a car for me that met my needs, answered all my questions and helped me through the process of trading in my GMC and buying the new Subaru.The whole process was efficient and easy.
