As always, the service and people were terrific. I do have an issue with the policy of only accepting rating scores of 5 on reviews. Whether this is a Yark policy or from the Subaru corporate office, I do not agree and feel it skews the review process in a dishonest way. I have no issues with the service or people I have ever dealt with at Yark Subaru. They are awesome!

Another service representative (Tyler) jumped in to take care of me immediately while my designated rep. (Dustin) was finishing up with another customer. Both were very attentive and truly listened to me explain the problem with my vehicle. The work was done promptly and I was on my way much sooner than I expected.

I have always had a good relationship with this...
I have always had a good relationship with this dealership. They have always been courteous and friendly. However, the last time I was there I was charged nearly 500 dollars for work they said needed to be done in addition to fixing what was under warranty. I was stunned to say the least but did authorize it.Later I was told this fee was exorbitant.

I purchased a hitch from Yark that they installed and the trim work was not right so they ordered a new fascia and trim and did that part again thanks to the Service Manager following up on a less than great review. It looks like it was installed at the factory now and the service experience was great.
