I came to get oil change and tire rotation on my Crosstreck after receiving a coupon from the dealership. The service was friendly and efficient. I was very impressed by the extra measures taken to sanitize the car to protect both me and the staff from Covid: sprays, plastic seat sheeting and of course, masks. It was worth the hour and a half drive to get there.

Great communicators. Car couldn't be fixed right away, so they set me up with a loaner before i had a chance to even ask. Called me with updates to keep me informed about parts. They care about our convenience, and dont take customers for granted.

My scheduled service for routine maintenance & two recalls and availability of a loaner vehicle to use, went as planned. Very great attention to “Covid” cleaning as well. Thank you

Routine service was done in a timely manner with friendly, pleasant staff! Recently while driving out of town I experienced a severe tire blowout. I called Yark Toyota and they told me my lease agreement included coverage for a new tire. I had all the information that I needed sent to me in a text message which I passed along to the Pennsylvania Subaru dealer. Thank you Yark Toyota!

I had a service appointment. It was done efficiently and in good time. I advised them I had an area where there was paint missing. The checked it and submitted it to Subaru.

Appeared to be thorough and quick. Arrived on time and was taken in right away after explaining what the 6,000 mile maintenance included and sanitation process.
