Always have a good experience at Yark Subaru. Even though I did not have an appointment, Tyler was able to get both of my kids cars in for their service appointments. It was much appreciated with the times we are living in and trying to stay home as much as possible. An enthusiastic 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻

I’ve been a customer of Yark Subaru for 20 years or so....

I’ve been a customer of Yark Subaru for 20 years or so. I take a lot of road trips and I trust their service department to keep my Outback in excellent running order. Since my husband died four years ago, I’m even more dependent on their expertise. I’d recommend Yark Subaru to anyone interested in developing a lasting relationship w/ a trustworthy dealership.

I was very happy with the service I received from the associates I dealt with. They asked if I wanted a car wash, I happily agreed. My white car was still dirty in spots.

The address listed On the internet was wrong. My iPhone...

The address listed On the internet was wrong. My iPhone couldn’t find it. My mom who was meeting me there Couldn’t find the place. Had to call for directions it took several minutes until I called sales to speak to an actual person. Once I got directions, the building is still very difficult to actually pull into. When I finally pulled in, obviously frustrated, I was greeted by Steve, who was cold and rude after I told him I was basically lost and couldn’t find the place He had no sympathy for me at all and was more concerned about sanitizing my car with that spray looking thing and me putting on my mask which I was getting to. He did pull up a map on the computer for me to view so I could explain directions to my mom who was still lost so 1 point there Steve. After that I was just put off. Had to return within an hour which was pretty fast, but then I got the news I needed to return another date for the part. I DO NOT want to drive to this place again. The anxiety it caused me the first time was enough. My husband said he will go back with me he can.

Yark Subaru does great work, they have been able to fix all of the issues I’ve had with my car the past few years. However, they are a little expensive.

They marked that rear brakes had plenty of pad when they...

They marked that rear brakes had plenty of pad when they actually had to be replaced. Their own inspection from 8 months earlier was marked yellow (wear) and then magically changed to green on their next inspection during an oil change 8 months later.
