Very good, Timely, as described. I do wish I was informed...

Very good, Timely, as described. I do wish I was informed of seat movement so I would have cleaned stuff off seat . And I would have moved car seat. Otherwise everything was very good. I arrived at 11:30 and was able to pickup around 1 even though my apptointment was at noon. Thank you so much!

Jennifer is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most important of all, not pushy. We had a great experience purchasing our first Subaru from her 2 years ago; we just bought our second from her earlier this month.

Our high mileage vehicle was in for routine maintenance...

Our high mileage vehicle was in for routine maintenance and it was discovered that it needed major engine service. The service advisor gave us options and we decided to proceed. He was very accommodating in giving us a nice loaner vehicle for as long as necessary. He also gave us a much appreciated discount. The service technician did an excellent job. As the engine was removed and essentially rebuilt, I fully expected some minor issues that would require some tweaking. Thankfully no issues have surfaced and the vehicle runs and rides like new.

I will never buy a car or use a Yark service department...

I will never buy a car or use a Yark service department again. I specifically stated the problem. They not only did not find 5ye problem I knew was there, the alternator, they charged me for other things they "found" and tried to hey me to do unnecessary repairs and a fluid change I already did myself. My car is now fixed because I personally fixed it. Not because they did. After they "fixed " my car it stranded my mother only 3 to 5 miles from the dealership. They supposedly fixed it again. It stranded me yesterday. I fixed it today myself. When you go to a dealer you expect things done right the first time. Neither thing they did to the electrical system or the air conditioning fixed any problem. If I ever buy another Subaru it won't be from Yark. I will never buy anything from Yark ever again. No brand. If Yark is on the label I am not touching it.

Service was good, car was finished quickly. Car wasn't washed like I was told it would be. Attendant was friendly and thorough at drop off. Invoice was explained when I picked the car up.

The technicians diagnosed the problem and fixed within an hour. Completed check of systems and rotated tires. I feel very safe in my Subaru Impreza.
