Yark does a great job in servicing your vehicle. However, I always seem to have some big repairs on our Forester when we bring it in. We did buy it used, but the previous owner also took it to Yark.

My wife and I took a trip to Yark Subaru of Toledo 6/27/2020 to look at a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport on the used car lot.... We were greeted by a saleswoman named Jennifer who was absolutely the nicest salesperson we've ever encountered... The sales manager Rashad also came out and introduced himself to see how we liked the SUV and if we needed anything. For the third time I took my car in for service and...
For the third time I took my car in for service and something else went immediately wrong in the same area of where they worked. Coincidence? I doubt it. Air conditioning ( under warranty), rear brakes and right ball bearing, rear springs( recall) and rear strut.

After speaking with our service manager, he noted that you came in 3 months after a coil spring recall with a noise when going over bumps. We diagnosed your vehicle and gave an estimate of repair costs. Again, we apologize that you feel your experience was less than satisfactory and hope that your concerns have been addressed.

Steve and his excellent service team have been fantastic since my first time coming to their location. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had a few unexpected car issues and they always take care of me above and beyond with even short notice. I really enjoy coming to their service department and will continue to bring my Subaru needs to this service department only!

Service department is always very helpful. I’m always satisfied when I leave after any service Brice. The only issue I have the difficulty to change the clock time in the spring and fall. This is not their fault but poor engineering.. They are always helpful.
