Had a airbag recall replaced. Car trim was not put back...

Had a airbag recall replaced. Car trim was not put back together properly and a screw left on the floor belonged in the dash. Made 2nd trip to Subaru dealer . not happy. Didn't offer price brake on a brake job when i could find internet coupons

We scheduled this service in response to a recall...

We scheduled this service in response to a recall notification. I drove into the service department a few minutes before the scheduled time and dropped off the keys. Forty five minutes later I left, the repair complete. All the service personnel appropriately wore masks as did all the customers. I appreciated that.

Tyler was professional and courteous while checking in my car . He was Knowledgeable with the service appointment I had scheduled for a recall on the tar coil . He Informed me of an additional recall check that was needed on the front seat , stating it my require a little get services than I expected . He offered a courtesy vehicle for me and made the process easy and efficient.

6,000 mile service appointment

I made an appointment for 6,000 mile,service .It was started on time and I was amazed at all the covid 19 precautions that we're taken from the time I arrived until I left .I'm pleased with the service and the cost.
