Excellent experience purchasing my first Subaru! Each person I dealt with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, since my last car purchase was 16 years ago!

Everything about my service was well organized and efficient. Tyler was very nice. Answered all of my questions. He called me when my car was ready. Just as promised. Washing car is a nice bonus.

Jennifer is the real deal!! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and cares about what her customers want. I will 100% recommend Jennifer to friends and family and she will be my auto dealer for life.

We couldn’t have had a better experience at Yark Subaru. It was our first time buying a car and from the moment we walked in the door, we felt so well taken care of. Mia Knicely knew exactly what we needed but did a great job showing us all of our options so we felt we were making a really informed decision. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Mia and Dave treated us and how easy the entire process was, despite us needing to register the car in another state. This is a tough time right now with the Covid-19 , but I understand. Mia was wonderful to work with. She knew what I wanted and had the car ready when I got there.

I always enjoy coming for my Crosstreks "check ups" as all the boys are so friendly. Sometimes I bring my dog and they like to see him to . They keep you informed of what is going on and answer any questions I have. The waiting area is nice even during COVID-19.

I have been to Yark Subaru twice in the past two months. Once for a recall and the most recent visit for routine service and brake pad replacements. Both times, the work was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have only compliments, no complaints.

She was knowledgeable and professional, and we didn’t feel pressure to commit something that we weren’t comfortable with. But most of all, she helped keep our 2.5 year old occupied while all the paperwork was being handled. She will be his Dino hunting partner for future visits I’m sure.

In for a recall service and the dealership and it’s employees were very courteous, professional and quick. the only drawback was they were out a part I needed in the parts Dept.
