From the moment that I arrived until I left, I was kept informed of the process and progress and the problem was corrected. I was particularly impressed with the array of safety measures they had implemented.

I had my Legacy serviced at both the Subaru store and the Yark Collision Center. The people at both places (Dustin, Steve, Tyler, Ross) were fantastic. I definitely will continue to come because of their attention and diligence. The checkout process at the Collision Center was too cumbersome. I was told I would be charged an extra fee for using a credit card; I was surprised, as this has never happened at Yark before (maybe it was “buried” in previous service invoices). In any event, it took 30 minutes to run two of my checks, one for service, one for body work, for approval. The attendant (did not get his name) was very friendly and helpful, but the process he had to go through was too long for me. Credit card costs are a normal cost of business. Don’t detract from a good experience by making me pay with cash or check.

Steve and the team were very accommodating. They listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was their only customer. They made sure I was informed of all that was going on and when my car was taking some time to find the problem, he found me a loaner so I could continue with my plans.
