Good Job in trying times.

The sales associate Jon did an excellent job. While wearing a mask is not really conducive to developing a relationship he made a great effort, staying late to program the car to my phone and get me on the road. Mark did a great job in handling the finances, explaining options, etc.

Very friendly and professional. I didn’t feel the usual awkward pressure of a sale that most dealerships give. They were set up well to deal with any covid worries. I’m happy with my purchase.

Pleasant experience.

Everything was handled efficiently. We didn't have some of the documents we needed and Jennifer and Mark helped us get them. Jennifer showed us how to work everything and that was great. The dealership itself is very pleasant as well.

Very happy with our vehicle a 2020 Subaru Outback. Very good experience with Yark. We did have to wait quite a long time for vehicle to be driven from Cleveland to Toledo but the sales and finance staff are great!

Best car buying experience AND exceptional service dept!

I have had my 2003 Forester serviced at this dealership since 2010 when we moved to MI from CA. I’ve been SO pleased with their service that I wanted to buy a new Subaru from them. Thank you Nick Cook for making the purchase of my 2020 Ascent dream car so easy! And Brent for giving us the run down on all the cool technology. Who says an old dog can’t learn new tricks? This dealership is ALL about customer service!

Service good, quote hard to get

I wanted to get a quote to install mud flaps on my 2020 Forester. Took me 3 phone calls and finally contacting my sales lady to get the quote. The actual service was a great experience once I had the quote.

Always an excellent experience at Yark Subaru. I feel respected as a customer and will continue to purchase my vehicles there . The service department is very easy to work with. Friendly, but things took a while

I first went in on a Saturday not long before COVID closed things.. Met Joh, our salesman, who offered to let us look at any cars, and also from any other Yark dealerships as well. The sales manger came over and introduced himself and shook our hands (NO. Not in the age of COVID) They didn't have the exact car I wanted in stock, but told me one was in transport. I kept checking the website, and it had arrived. Since I hadn't driven the exact model I wanted to, I asked for a test drive. It took a while to hear back. I ended up calling the number on the website, I scheduled an appointment with the woman, and went in for m appointment, which they had NO RECORD OF. So, I waited around and finally made an appointment for the following day to drive the car. (this was AFTER things had closed, so everything was by appointment). So, after some back and forth emailing about pricing, lease vs. buying, down payments, etc, I decided to lease the car. We made an appointment for 4:15. When I got there, I was told the people before me were taking a little longer than expected, and they'd be right with me. I was still waiting at 5:15, and didn't get out of there until nearly 6. They had blocked off the entrance to the dealership, so I had to drive around the whole place to find an exit (they never told me where to go out. A head's up would have been NICE). I also asked about transferring my personalized plate to my new car. I'm still waiting on an answer on that. I purchased my car 4/24, and it's 5/27. I've asked 2x in follow up emails and still no answer (my Ford dealership did it the last 2 times I leased). Love the car, but not very happy with the dealership.
