From our initial call to the dealership and speaking with Cameron to delivery of our daughters Forrester, this was by FAR the greatest vehicle purchase ever! We will be back for other vehicles!!! I went in for the zero sign and drive, they had the car I wanted. Even though it was late in the evening and the sales person Jennifer Painter had to stay late, we got it done and she was very thorough and pleasant.

I was looking for a car after I was in an auto accident. I wanted to keep my options open to see every car available. After extensive research thing and searching I purchased a 2018 Subaru Impreza. If you want a dealership that’s going to be honest with you and get down to business with you go to the Subaru dealership and ask for Mia. She will show you their entire selection that yark has. If you cannot find a car with Mia, You’re not going to find one. She and the Subaru team will help you find the best deal for you for financing and the correct option a vehicle for you rather it’s new or a preowned car. She made herself and her team available by giving me her phone number in answering text for me with questions that my wife and I had on a Sunday.

Saleswoman was friendly and courteous. She was not pushy about a sale and upfront about information. Financing was also easy and efficient. Pleased with both aspects of car buying!

My initial sales person at Yark Subaru I did not feel took the time to help and seemed not interested. We ended up going to Yark Nisson to test drive and the salesman there really took the time to see what I wanted. I knew after lots of test driving I ultimately wanted a Subaru but I was able to go back to Yark Nisson to work with that salesman to make the deal. Once I decided on a vehicle the process seemed to take much longer then expected, and there was a lot of sitting and waiting for the next step in a not so busy dealership. We were there a total of 3 hours to obtain the vehicle, which I feel could have taken half the time to accomplish. The finance manager (once we finally got to sit down with him after a lot of waiting) was very helpful and managed to get a better APR then what I was originally told. That was much appreciated.

My sales person, Mia, knows her product and delivers excellent customer service. Mark in Finance is efficient and knows the art of communicating with the client's he serves. From the time I walked into the showroom to the time I drove off with my Subaru the experience was seamless, quick and easy. Awesome team!
