Subaru lease

The staff was helpful, and ready to answer questions that I had. Staff had much knowledge of the product line. Staff was friendly and seemed interested in what my car needs were.

Excellent, beyond my expectations

Everyone was very professional and friendly.My salesperson, had stayed in touch with me over several months until what I wanted became available. I really appreciated her effort.

Flat tire

I got a flat tire and needed it replaced right away. Mia said to come in and the guys could get it taken care of. I got it replaced within 45 minutes to getting there.

I purchased a wrx app on taking car home I discovered the car had a bent wheel, bad battery, bad strut, needed alignment, and was missing tpms sensors the sales man told me we’re on the car tires were “just low and needed pumped up”. The dealer did agree to fix these issues. I dropped the car off more than 30days agp for repair,I have had to call for any update on the vehicle, and all that I am told is that the aftermarket wheel is no longer made and they “emailed “ a wheel distributor to try and get wheel, I feel like no one cares to get my car back because they have my money

Superb Customer Service

My wife and I recently met with Mia Knicely in sales to finalize a purchase on a leased vehicle. I'm 66 years old and by far Mia is the most gracious, honest, straight-forward, efficient sales representative from an auto dealership that I've ever met during my lifetime. We previously purchased a Subaru Forester and received the same, consistent approach from Mia. Due to my recent disability and loss of income she assisted us with lowering our payment to meet our budget requirements. Mia is superb enough at her job that she should be considered a standard for excellence within her profession. In addition, we met with Mark Thomas, Finance Manager for the first time. Mark also has a down-to-earth, gracious and honest approach with a wealth of knowledge that prompted him to assist us with additional cost avoidance on our payment and additional value-added services at minimum cost to us. Both Mia and Mark are the epitamy of professionalism and both keep the best interests of their customers in the forefront of their minds bar none. Thank you for our experience. Please praise both of these Yark representatives as my wife and I did for a job well done.

Another Outback!

We bought our first Subaru from Mia Knicely and we are back for another. We have been extremely happy with our Outback especially in snowy weather.

Bought a 2015 Honda Civic Si

Bought a 2015 Honda civic si with 45k miles off yark subaru in toledo which was a 2 hr drive for me. Talked to and texted Jay about the car fpor a few days asking thorough questions does jt have check engine light does it throw any codes is there anything wrong with it? I am spending 17k to buy a car I don't need to make any repairs on... Test drive it drive well ride well, check starter system light pops up i tell him have service checkcir out.. Service checks out and says nothing is wrong I then leave it running for a few minutes to see if it appears again it doesnt. I buy the car, leave to drive 2 hrs home the check starter system is back on... They say it should be covered by powertrain warranty but in order to do that I need to contact Honda dealership and have them run a 89.99$ diagnostic test just to see if the repair is under warranty.. Did not want to spend anymore money in a 2015 car i paid 17k for!

After investigating your concerns, when we heard you had a sensor light come on, our manager offered that you could drive the vehicle back to our dealership or you could have a local Honda dealership check it out. You opted to take your vehicle to a local Honda dealer and we never heard from you after that. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again and earn your trust back in our company.

Rude, argumentative, and unprofessional

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, the service department was argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional. Their service personnel hated us the moment we walked in and spoke to us accordingly. They quoted “car facts” they couldn’t back up with data (and after a literature review, were proven wrong by Argonne National Laboratory). When I brought my vehicle with concerns of the heat not working, having bought a new vehicle, their response was to tell me to let the vehicle idle for 20 minutes and to spend even more money with them to get a remote start, or make three more hour long trips and leave the vehicle with them. When i was sold the car, the folks ahead of me had their car detailed and filled with gas as a courtesy. Mine was dirty and had half a tank of gas. When I expressed my frustration at the rude and terrible service, they argued and said “too bad for you”. Worst car dealership I have ever encountered. At no time have they in any way asked how to make this better. They will take your money and then treat you terribly. Go anywhere else except here. I would gladly change my review if they even tried to meet me half way.

After speaking to management, it was explained that our technician checked the thermostat on your vehicle and it was running normal, as compared to other Forester’s warm up times. He also scanned your vehicle for faults, and no faults nor repairs were needed at this time. We advised purchasing a remote engine starter or an engine block heater that would keep your motor warm overnight. Our service manager sat with you and explained all options and also giving you the option to leave your vehicle over the weekend for further diagnostics while continuing to drive the loaner vehicle provided, you declined all options and chose to take your vehicle home with you. Again, we sincerely apologize and please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can. Please call our service manager if you have further questions.
