Great service at Yark!

Yark had great service, salesmen, and deals on used cars. I would definitely recommend them to future buyers . They made sure the buying process was easy and that my needs were met.

Three times happy

We've bought three Subaru's from Yark over the years. Dealing with the sales person was always a no pressure event (except for the warranty salesman at the second car) and was a smooth process. Service department deadline have always gone well.

Great Service

I had my oil changed and a 12,000 mile check up - Had an appt. for 8:30a.m. got there early and they did it right away no wait. I went to the waiting area there was coffee & water at NO cost to enjoy while my car was being serviced, plus a tv and some magazines to read but they were mostly for men not us ladies- lol. From the time I walked in the door to walk back out it was great service. Oh yes while I was waiting a salesman came over and chatted with me which was so nice also. In and out with-in a half hour can't complain at all.

Fantastic!

Great customer service! I recently purchased a vehicle from Yark Subaru and I couldn't be more satisfied! They were very helpful and remained in contact from to beginning to end through email and by phone. Very friendly and lively staff. Worked with my budget and my schedule very well! Would reccomened them if your in the market for a vehicle!

Amazing!

I can say that Jennifer Painter is by far the best and more enjoyable person to work with, She explained everything thoroughly and was wonderful about repeating herself when we didn't understand something. Crooks

Avoid this dealership and any other Yark dealership! They try to pass off vehicles that have been in accidents as certified one owner accident free vehicles. The vehicle that was sold to me had a lot of previous accident damage, The sunroof leaked, there was prior damage to the roof, hood,and along the entire passenger side. My local Subaru dealership brought this to my attention when I took it in for service due to the continously leaking sunroof! Yark Subaru refuses to take responsibility for this! Also as usual this review will probably get pulled like my last one, Way to censor your customers Yark!
