Best car buying experience
My four month car purchase journey ended when I walked into Yark Subaru. This was my first time in a Subaru dealer since purchasing my 1987 Subaru Justy. Kevin Oberhaus meet me at the door and was very professional. He talked to me about all the available options and had me on a test drive within minutes. Kevin did a great job of explaining all the features of the car and the cars impressive driving spoke for its self. Kevin set down with me and went through all the pricing and purchasing process. Kevin did not pressure me to make any decision and when I called him the next day he held the car and meet all my request, including a great price. Kevin and the Finance Manager Justin Sparks made the purchase process very easy and again meet all my requirements without any pressure or difficulties. Again this was the best car buying experience in 30 years of buying cars and I will be back because of the impressive cars and great Yark Subaru staff.

Incredible Customer Service
My experience with Mia Knicely at Yark Subaru has been nothing short of spectacular. Starting from before I ever set foot in the dealership, Mia made sure all of my questions were answered. Since I was coming from out of state to purchase the car, and was busy at work most of the day, she gave me her cell number so she could help me out via text message. When I met with her at the dealership, her service was the absolute best I've experienced. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. After test driving the Subaru Legacy, she guided me through the entire purchase process, even if it wasn't her division (financing the auto loan etc...) and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Although the buying process took a little longer than expected, she refused to leave the dealership until everything was done. Mia stayed until 11:00pm that night, even though she wasn't directly working on anything for my vehicle at that point. She bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of, and continues to do so with all of my other correspondences with the dealership including issuing my title to me. It's purely the customer service that I received from Mia alone that will keep me coming back to Yark Subaru. I could not be more impressed with how wonderful of a person she is to work with. Thank you Mia!

Stellar Service & Experience
I just bought my second car from Alex Penn at Yark Subaru, and the customer service was again exceptional. He is attentive to customer needs & preferences, responsive to concerns & questions, and works diligently (and patiently!) to find a car that's a "good fit." Lon in financing was also wonderful in explaining details & answering questions. There's a sign in the showroom that refers to Yark customers as "family" -- this is no exaggeration....from the moment you step into the dealership, to service after the sale, the employees treat their customers like a family member. It's a relaxed atmosphere, no high-pressure, and probably the most accommodating staff I've ever worked with. I always find a good selection of inventory at competitive prices at Yark......but I come back to the dealership because of the customer service!

Great Customer Service
My husband had decided on the Outback because of all of the great reviews in Consumer Reports regarding safety, reliability and value retention. I was ready to buy my third Honda, but all of the safety features, options and smooth ride were swaying me to the Outback. The deciding factor was the product knowledge and attention we received from our sales person as well as the sales manager. My husband had some confirmed internet quotes from dealers outside Toledo and we were pleasantly surprised that Yark was able to match the price and we were able to buy local. We're very happy with the vehicle as well as the personal service we have received and we will receive in the future. We haven't bought a vehicle from Yark for quite some time, but we're very glad we did this time.

Drove from michigan..
This dealer had exactly what we were looking for, all black subaru forester. We drove from Ann Arbor, Mi in hopes of driving away with that car. mia Knicely was apleasure to work with. went for service bought a new Forester "LOVE MY SUBARUS"
Mia sold me my first Forester 2012. She is a great asset to Yark. Answers all questions with a smile. So it makes sense she sold me my second Forester. I think this dealership (Yark) is top of the line in customer service. I have never had a bad experience and they are very accommodating. I have people ask how I like my Subaru and I tell them to go to Yark and test drive. Now lastly I live in Oregon Oh so it's not like this is a 10-15 min drive. But I appreciate their helpfulness so it's worth it for straight answers and great service.
