I’m giving 2 stars d/t mechanic dirtied and stuffed

I’m giving 2 stars d/t mechanic dirtied and stuffed plastic threshold on passenger side, another technician took the truck for a test drive came back said I’m all set didn’t hear any noises. As I left the dealership steering wheel was wobbling, pulled over driver side front wheel lug nuts were loose. Did not have a good experience like I’ve had in the past at this dealership. They’ve lost my business. Maybe it was because the mechanic was young and inexperienced. Fluids and tire pressure wasn’t checked as well. After an Hour and a half, half of the service was done.

I take my F150 to Wareham Ford for all its service needs. They are courteous, responsive, dedicated and efficient. They’re also a little old school with their customer service, which is great.

Dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree Nick and his team

Dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree Nick and his team were great explaining everything… talked me out of panic mode! lights cleared themselves he did minimum .. oil change filled tires … for min price and I was all set. Communication excellent!! Wareham ford is well worth driving a little farther for service. Truck still running fine!!

The service is always spot on.

The service is always spot on. I only wish they had more longer cars You have to spend 500.00 or more to get preference over a lesser amount. Other than the service is the main reason I go there.
