Our salesman was Joe. Fantastic salesman. He showed us our truck, let us take it for drive. Even though we got there right about 6pm. They closed that night at 7. The person who wrote our contract was just as good. Couple of things that they did not do was go fully over the truck. Didn't have the book for the truck. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Went in for the "works" package, walked out with $432 bill. They couldn't get lug nuts off that were tightened by the purchased other Ford dealer so had to pay $240 for new ones. $46 to plug fix a slow leak in tire? Telling me the battery was bad and nothing about the tires all checked and marked OK on the vehicle report to then get a follow up email that they told me tires were worn on inspection and needed replaced. So did they actually check? or just mark everything ok. What else might be wrong? Was there for 2 hours.

The purchase experience for my 2026 F250 was excellent. Eric spent quite a bit of time with me to ensure that I got all the right options. Several maintenance visits (oil changes) into ownership, and I'm convinced Brad Manning Ford is customer focused and my go-to Ford store.
