Great Service

My husband and I now own Subaru Foresters. I love mine! We are impressed with your salesman, Sheldon. He was attentive and very helpful. Your service department is courteous and efficient. All together our experience with Ruge's has been A+ in satisfaction. Will we come back? Definitely!!

Great customer service

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I do customer service so I know how hard it is to deal with the public, but everyone I have met at Ruge's is very customer oriented. I received quick service. Very good business. I highly recommend to my friends.

Jenn is super good. Knowledgeable and personable. She always quickly answered my email questions and I really appreciated that. She is friendly and professional. Serious and funny. A wonderful combination when dealing with the public.

Long time customer

Great experience

What I liked most was Sam Rigolino. He told me at the beginning there would be no pressure and there wasn't. Answered all my questions and let take time to make up my mind. I have had some rather annoying experiences with car salesman but Sams approach to selling cars is the best. I know I will deal with him again and reccomend him to friends and family. By the way, I love my new Subaru.

Ruge's provides prompt, friendly service. The waiting area has free wi-fi and comfortable seats. The staff seems to care about the customer.

Great Local Dealer

Very pleasant waiting area, including adorable dog...Upfront notice of what is done and accurate pricing estimate. very nice/friendly and professional service desk people. Also it's a very nice ride down from Hudson .And a Keurig Machine in waiting area !

Oil change service

I like the friendly staff and helpful staff. They have started using a new form that outlines everything that was checked. Comforting to know they have checked my car so thoroughly.
