Greg Sweet Repairs

We have had a 2017 Lincoln MKX for 3 years. It has failed to start 4 times in cold weather. Getting ready to leave our daughter's house in Jefferson Ohio, the car wouldn't start. We called Lincoln service and since there were no Lincoln dealers within a reasonable distance, our car was towed to Greg Sweet Ford. It has been towed to 3 other dealers when it hadfailed to start before. None of them could find anything wrong with the vehicle. The tow driver was at the house within 10 minutes of getting off the phone and arrived at the dealer about 11 am. By 2 pm, they called us and had found a relay stuck open. We told them to service the car and we would pick it up the next day. By the next afternoon, the car was serviced, washed and relay replaced. We were very please with the dealership. I would recommend their service department.

went to look at dodge journey car was junk tapping and knocks in engine was there for less then 1 min and sales man said how are you going to pay for this how much down before i could look the car over buy on line dont deal with these bozos there is a reason they sale cars no skills to do any thing else

Outstanding!!

This is our 3rd new car from Greg Sweet Ford. Everyone is always so helpful, friendly, and professional. The shop does a great job with service as well.

Awful service

Worst dealership I have ever delt with!! At point of sale promised a break control for the pickup I purchased. Five weeks later plus back and forth e-mails and conversations....STILL NO break control!!!!!!

2012 Ford Edge

Servicing of vehicle

Was greeted nicely & promptly after entering & after my information was given I was put right into rotation of vehicles. I did have an appointment. The waiting room is clean & roomy with TV, coffee, & lots of magazines. The wait was about normal for evening they were doing. The job was completed & I love that they wash the car! Thank you for the great service!
