I recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Imperial Jeep. I knew exactly what I wanted and did the research ahead of time to get the best price possible. Although both salesman I worked with were completely useless, the Sales Manager - JP, Business Manager - Rami and TimDonohue were beyond amazing to deal with. They were knowledgeable and it was zero hassle. Rami is amazing at what he does and always has a positive attitude while JP is straightforward and no xxxxxxxx - which I very much appreciate when buying a car. I recommend exclusively working with JP and Rami when purchasing a car from here. I plan to keep mine for a long time but will be back when I need another new one.

So I was looking to buy a 392 daytona they had and they lost the keys to the vehicle and told me they could get keys in two days. Needless to say I bought the car elsewhere. Fast forward 2 months I brought my 80 year old grandfather there because he wanted a used ram 1500. They had two different rams that he was looking at. The first one they couldn’t find the keys and the second truck they couldn’t find the actual truck. It was a cold day and they had my grandfather walking around out there. All they do is waste my time when I go there. I will never give them any of my business. They got too big for their own good.
