about a week ago i emailed the internet team on a 2018 blue streak pearl ram. got a what seemed to good of deal but figured id check it out. i talked to Edward V. and what a down to earth realistic guy! the trade was the worst part but he fought for me and the sales manager arron found some. more rebates. better deal then even i imagined! now enter RI. registry ughhh. BUT ED kept me in the loop, offered a rental in the interm, oh and then even more above and beyond delivered the truck to my driveway at 8pm! who does that! great experience. great price. tons of inventory. go see Edward V and tell him Keith sent you! absolutely impressed. thank you again. This is how every car-buying process should go! We saw the minivan we wanted on cars.com and it alerted us that there was a price drop. We inquired about the van online. Someone called to tell us it was still on the lot. Our salesman, Dave Everett, called us to verify what time we were coming which was nice because it's so frustrating when you drive to a dealership and the salesman isn't available. So we really appreciated Dave taking that extra step to confirm him availability to show us the van. It was pulled up front and ready to go for a test drive. While we did the test drive, they valued our trade in. They gave us Kelly Blue Book value, and there wasn't any sleazy negotiations like we've dealt with at other dealerships. Once we agreed to everything, we used their financing and that was it. Picked up the van a few days later. There were a few questions we had prior to picking up the van and Dave was always quick to answer our calls and accommodate us. We appreciate the excellent customer service and this was by far the smoothest car-buying transaction we've had. THANK YOU DAVE and everyone at Imperial!!

Ignore the fluff reviews. Check out yelp we’re the real reviews are! I currently have a pending case with the state inspection department. Bought a used car, they inspected it after admitting a bubble in the tire and passed it. I took it home Saturday and took it right away to be looked at. I have photos that are time stamped. I was told that the vehicle should have NEVER passed inspection. It’s schedule for a MAC inspection and they face steep penalties. Oh and trying to speak to the GM or owner Kevin Meehan is impossible. Tim the sales manager has lied several times. Tim you told me if you rectify one of the other problems that I should leave a good review, not happening. I have left a review on every review site I can think of. I will get this story out there. If you continue to dodge me and not allow me to speak your upper management I will have no problem standing outside your business this coming Saturday and Sunday with signs. I’m sure new customers coming in May think twice before doing business with you. Attorney general and BBB is also being contacted.

There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. All we're friendly and patient. I live in Western Mass and the pricing was ridiculous and only offered incentives if you financed. I was a cash buyer. Offered bottom line pricing. Gary Keith was awesome to work with and showed me many renegade models and found one I absolutely love. It has all the options I wanted and more. I will go there again to purchase my next vehicle. Shout out to Chris Keene in internet sales for sending me renegade listings. The parts department is awesome as well.
